Pros
Thrifty company that has been around a long time. OK benefits and pay.
Cons
Upper Management decisions do not seem to be thought through and the 'Ivory Tower' syndrome seems to be in full force. It is very tiring having to come up with solutions regarding initiative/decisions/implementations of things that we had no forewarning about, were not asked about and that simply 'appeared'. Spend the money and do it right - cheap often does not equate to good and you spend more money in the long run attempting to work around those 'cheap' decisions.
