Pros
Very busy plant, work with a lot of great folks, safety is important, hourly participation in the safety program is encouraged
Cons
Sonoco management, inconsistent messages, Sonoco mgmt in place, set most up for failure, very cut throat when it suits plant management, changes rules when it suits him, puts anyone smarter than him in their place quick and talks down to others. Complaints from a lot of mgmt that PM picks and chooses what he wants.
