      Pros

      Good pay, bonuses, health insurance, 401k matches, over time. Friendly place to work,team work.safety meeting every week and communication meetings once a month to inform employees of what's happening. Don't work more then 12 hrs a day.safety drawings every month, BBQ's .

      Cons

      Lots of six and seven day weeks, lack of communication on call offs supposed to be an hour of notice before end of shift.

      Engineering is actively developing new processes and attempting to make things more reliable

      Cons

      The heat and the some of the safety requirements are too strict, especially whenever it's excessively hot and you're required to wear FR with reflective stripes
