      Change be slower than desired, 300+ small plants so promotions often require relocation (pro or con depending on your view!)

      Engineering is actively developing new processes and attempting to make things more reliable

      Cons

      The heat and the some of the safety requirements are too strict, especially whenever it's excessively hot and you're required to wear FR with reflective stripes
