      Sonoco has a very family-oriented culture, driven from its small-town roots in Hartsville, SC Pay is very competitive for the industry Product line and day-to-day work is dependent on job function and division within Sonoco Some divisions are very innovative and jobs customer facing, some divisions are old manufacturing environments and drab day-to-day work
