      Pros

      Strong supplier of packaging products, usually first or second in markets they serve, provide good training and incentive compensation to their commercial groups.

      Cons

      Their consumer division is where company is investing for growth. Industrial businesses have poor advancement and growth opportunities, very little in new product development. Not enough cross divisional opportunities for growth and advancement.
