Pros
Great Benefits - medical, dental, vision, 401(k), pension, FSA and Health Incentive Account. Very concerned about all aspects of employee and plant operations safety.
Cons
Work was not challenging - Did not allow employees to make any decisions. All directives came from Hartsville, SC. Very fond of using 3rd Party Vendors for everything and were not interested in hearing anything negative about these vendors.
