      Great benefits provided to employees.

      Cons

      Unfair pay practices-paid well below market with years of promises to 'fix'. Unrealistic expectations of staff. Constant lost overhead that remained staff was expected to absorb. Out of touch corporate offices making disconnected decisions for the plant.
