Pros
Nice location & facilities. Young professionals group & network activities.
Cons
Low pay, zero rewards, long hours, appreciation is not voiced, no support from upper management. They bring in college grads with no experience at a salary 15-20k higher than what someone with education, experience & time in the company is making. No care or regard for work life balance. The only perk is a yearly Walmart gift card at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Yearly raises are very low. They also have non-accountants doing accounting work. Expect you to work weekends and holidays with no compensation, not even a free lunch. Great company if you work in HR and get to have fun all day. Their HR department and employees are constantly posting on social media about their retreats, potlucks, ice cream parties etc.
