      Pros

      This company makes the onboarding process easy and straight-forward. If I wasn't able to complete the onboarding tasks at home, also, they offered the chance to do them on my first day if anything wasn't clear. There is a lot of security with the multi factor authentication they use, as well.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons, yet, as I have not started my first day. Everything has been user friendly so far.

      Engineering is actively developing new processes and attempting to make things more reliable

      Cons

      The heat and the some of the safety requirements are too strict, especially whenever it's excessively hot and you're required to wear FR with reflective stripes
