      Pros

      Work is very easy. The pay is great. The management are out on the floor and hands on. Safety is truly a high priority.

      Cons

      The only think I can say is it would be nice if we had at least 1 or 2 sick days we could use

      Engineering is actively developing new processes and attempting to make things more reliable

      Cons

      The heat and the some of the safety requirements are too strict, especially whenever it's excessively hot and you're required to wear FR with reflective stripes
