      Pros

      Human centric work place, very good in safety. Target oriented VP is very professional and also great to work with. Very good opportunities around the world for rotation and learning. Sonoco University is great to use for professional and personal developement.

      Cons

      Organisational structure which is very function based, triggers silos and becomes hard to unite people for the companies main target. Sallary or bonus structure could be a bit more competitive.
