Some people have power trips. Favoritism. Ones above you don’t want to see you succeed in growth unless they’re moving up first as they don’t want anyone else able to make decisions or being paid as much as them. Pay is mediocre at best with little to no bonus pay. The company definitely needs a facelift when it comes to treating its employees fairly on pay, at least at this plant.
