      Good opportunities to grow in a lean organization. Can be challenging to obtain promotion in fairly flat department structures. Overall it is a good company with solid history and values.

      Cons

      Work/life balance can change dependent on department and title. The expectations for email availability and response at all hours was challenging at times.
