Pros
Coworkers and general environment was great over the 14+ years I was there. Learned a lot and had excellent mentoring.
Cons
Changes in direction/purpose became constant during the last few years with management it seems becoming much more focused on what the shareholders wanted vs the people who helped the business grow. People no longer build businesses.
