      Dedicated people, helpful and kind. Knowledgeable in their areas and willing to ensure you get the information you need. They are willing to take time to train, explain, help, etc. Safety is high priority. Family feeling at work. People are genuine.

      It is slow to get the needed access/rights to some software that is needed for performing tasks.
