      Positive work atmosphere, growing company, fair treatment, good salary and good benefits. Good holiday allowance, understanding employer to personal circumstances. good facilities and nice people

      Demands a lot of you, demands are part of the company culture. It is not the type of job you casually pick up to do to earn some doh. You must commit and fit in to the company

      Great culture. People are humble.

      In some teams engineers have to find projects themselves instead of waiting for roadmap which is good also but sometimes frustrating.

      Some bad managers. They lost their footing resulting in lack of company vision. Struggled to find working styles that elevated the company (they wanted to grow yet operate like a start up)
