      Pros

      Incredible culture, really intelligent and down-to-earth people, exciting work and a lot of change (not the same old thing everyday), focused on doing the right thing for employees and customers, everyone is empowered to make a large impact.

      Cons

      Unfortunate misses in sales forecasting that led to layoffs recently. Still unsure how the company will come out of it.

      Great culture. People are humble.

      In some teams engineers have to find projects themselves instead of waiting for roadmap which is good also but sometimes frustrating.

      Good work. Passionate people. Good product. Remote.

      Cons

      Some bad managers. They lost their footing resulting in lack of company vision. Struggled to find working styles that elevated the company (they wanted to grow yet operate like a start up)
