      Great minds and passionate people who genuinely care about what they do.

      Cons

      After the significant layoff in 2020, the work culture never recovered and brought in more modern corporate entities, making work much more tedious and increasing the workload. I personally had to involve HR due to harassment from upper management twice in my career at Sonos.

      Great culture. People are humble.

      In some teams engineers have to find projects themselves instead of waiting for roadmap which is good also but sometimes frustrating.

      Good work. Passionate people. Good product. Remote.

      Cons

      Some bad managers. They lost their footing resulting in lack of company vision. Struggled to find working styles that elevated the company (they wanted to grow yet operate like a start up)
