      Pros

      They talk about diversity and inclusion. Pay rate is good. Employees are great people. The product is great!

      Cons

      Management is awful. I went through almost a layoff every year. And even more reorganizations. They are slowly taking away perks. Diversity and inclusion is all lip service. They let go a bunch of females / minorities in layoffs. Work life balance has gotten awful since the start of 2023. Company is struggling to connect with employees since going remote.

      Great culture. People are humble.

      Cons

      In some teams engineers have to find projects themselves instead of waiting for roadmap which is good also but sometimes frustrating.

      Good work. Passionate people. Good product. Remote.

      Cons

      Some bad managers. They lost their footing resulting in lack of company vision. Struggled to find working styles that elevated the company (they wanted to grow yet operate like a start up)
