Pros

No one thing. Many benefits, helps, furthering education, never experienced sexual harassment of any nature due to SPE’s strict adherence to State, Fed and SPE internal policies. I was lucky...... I worked under t5he best and brightest and most powerful. I learned the business inside out because of this. My voice is very deceptive giving the impression I’m 6’3”, 500 lbs, old brute who really knew my stuff. I was hired on during ShoWest when SPE Distribution execs were all in attendance. I was w/Bob Barron prior who moved to Paramount and I was going right along w/him. I had a horrible situation in my private life which blocked the move. I decided to stay on in the floater pool. I was sent to Distrbution 1st day. All execs at ShoWest are calling in and ultimately I got whatever it awas they needed taken care of. Jeff Blake hirded me over the phone. Upon their return, the shock of my appearance. All were so careful to not imply the WOW factor. It was hysterically funny which made me crack up right there and then. Though I’m a New Yorker, I looked like a surfer girl. These are a small sampleing of my experience w/SPE. When I needed to go to NY to help my elderly father, I had a position at SPE on Maddison waiting.

Cons

One problem w? an individual. That remains confidential. I have to write 20 words. I have not Cons other than the one. There.....that should be sufficient and well over 20 words.

Pros

- began work with an amazing team and culture - exposure to major IP and high-profile campaigns - some genuinely talented and passionate colleagues - fast-paced environment that builds skills quickly - healthcare is decent - some fun on-lot perks

Cons

- poor work/life balance exceptions from SPTV lower and upper management - unmanageable workload left little room for the collaboration and meeting engagement leadership expected - upper management changes resulted in reactive restructuring with little regard for team culture or continuity - inconsistent management: some leaders failed to empower or advocate for their teams - clear office politics which interfere with business decisions - quick burnout when management fails to course-correct workload - leadership set workloads based on personal work style rather than sustainable team norms - little to no growth opportunities - 4 days in office is excessive and unnecessary
