You can come and go as you please and you won't be micromanaged. You're hawking movies - it's not life or death and the culture reflects that.
Cons
Favoritism abounds at the expense of competence. There is no transparency in the promotion process. Pay is low and Analyst retention is nonexistent. People defect at the earliest opportunity.
