My team lead and her boss were terrible. I came into the work pretty green (which they knew) and was told I would be taught everything and would get to sit in on a lot of cool meetings. Always asked if I could join these meetings and was always told no. Then I got let go for ‘not being interested in the work’, which had never been brought up to me before so I was not given a chance to counter. Did not feel like I was even able to advocate for myself to anyone. Meetings where always awkward and the team did not know how to work under this management.
