“Sorenson gave me the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people — interpreters, managers, and cross-functional teams. I really enjoyed the collaborative environment and the chance to grow across multiple roles, from operations to data strategy.
Cons
There were frequent restructures — sometimes multiple within a year — which I understand happens in large organizations. But it did make it challenging to maintain continuity and long-term planning. I’m looking for a place where I can build systems that last and contribute to a stable, mission-driven team.
