Pros
The callers and interpreters in the center are lovely and supportive.
Cons
Upper management has been laying off directors of entire centers, bad decision and will hurt those teams since directors already have too much on their plate, all to prioritize profits. Very few raises and new interpreters get hired in at more than experienced interpreters. Community rates stay the same and never increased despite asking.
