Pros
The company is working toward better work-life balance for its full-time employees, and with this, some flexibility in scheduling is becoming available.
Cons
As an Operations Coordinator, you are usually the only one in your department at your location. It can be lonely. Ops are also viewed as "management" by some and very much not so by others, so it can be confusing to find your place. It's difficult to not feel like a secretary. Over all, the biggest con is Ops are encouraged to speak up but are punished and talked to as soon as they do. I do not think things will change for Ops until there is some change in upper management.
