Pros
Flexible schedule. Snacks in the break room. Significant professional development that is available (at no cost) to the employee as well as a generous allowance for professional development opportunities outside of the company. Some standing stations as well. All in all, a good company. You will work hard so you have to learn your limits. It's a data driven org so know that you will always be assessed with stats-which could be good or bad. Temporary work in other centers is easy to obtain so if you need to spend a month away from home (caring for friend/family member) you can "visit" another center without officially transferring. Although, centers are all across the county so transferring is an option as well.
Cons
Sometimes penalized for subbing or using sick time, of which their limits are undefined. Very structured, hierarchical, and statistics driven work. Sometimes those goals are not articulated clearly, or they are added after the fact. Very mechanistic organization.
