Pros

Some great people who want to excel. A nice non-profane work environment. Great market share.

Cons

Drowning in its own processes and rewards itself for meeting arbitrary schedules rather than focusing on making real changes. Turf-wars. No specific vision to where its going - no BIG goals. Very defensive and reactionary.
