Company is only focussed on profit, not the wellbeing of interpreters or longevity - Sign Language Interpreter Sorenson Communications Employee Review

Sorenson burns out their interpreters as fast as possible and does not compensate well. There are never any raises and injury is common. They keep hiring newer and younger interpreters for less pay instead of giving raises to and valuing the skilled and knowledgeable interpreters working there. The management is never around and feedback and concerns voiced by employees never produce change. Everyone is fried and leaving the industry, pay never changes and the moral is so awful low.
