Pros
- Flexible schedule - Work as much or as little as you want - Great coworkers - Expectations are clear, even though difficult to maintain
Cons
- Management plays favorites, have their pets and you only hear from them when you are below expectations/numbers. - If you get in the cross hairs of management, they will find something to get rid of you. Terminations do not seem to be based on work performance. I have seen phenomenal managers terminated. - Need to change their business model, they still think they are the only place in town to work, there are so many opportunities for Interpreters now. Which makes it easier to work other places instead. - Value the employees you have and give them a raise so they will work more versus hiring non-certified people who do not have basic knowledge of the work or the skills to process calls.
