Working Conditions Greatly Declined under New ownership - Interpreter Sorenson Communications Employee Review

Changes were made with the new ownership. They hired too many interpreters and made other policy changes which are making it VERY difficult to get hours. Interpreters are having to fight to get enough hours and are logging in multiple times per day to look for available hours and having to take short shifts just to get some hours in.
