Horrible. - Customer Service Representative Sorenson Communications Employee Review

Pros

Some customers were great to talk to. Met some great coworkers (not management though!). Benefits. Work from home.

Cons

Everything else essentially. Strict guidelines, you can only transfer a small % of calls to technical support and even a smaller % to set an elderly person up with a technician to help them. Management had no idea what they were talking about half of the time, one would say one thing, and then another would say something else. Half the time the other manager would lie and say she never said such a thing, but when presented with screenshots and conversation of what she said, she would just say the same thing every time “oh I misunderstood you“. She was also a big bully to people she did not care for, which were usually people who questioned her. She got promoted despite multiple employees complaining about her. I’m sure it’s because she was dedicated I will give her that, and they would rather have someone who works on their days off all the time than a manager that actually treats the employees fairly.
