The good and the bad - Anonymous employee Sorenson Communications Employee Review

Pros

Flexible, choose-your-own schedule Drop in work available sometimes You dont have to request time off, you just dont sign up for shifts for the time you will need off. Shift differentials for working busy/high demand shifts

Cons

The work is very taxing. Repetitive use injury is easy to acquire. The company cares more about its bottom line than the health of the interpreters they've hired. You will NEVER get a raise that is more than 15 cents!
