All CAs will be making the same amount beginning January 2025. The hourly is implied to remain the same for the next five years. No path upward for this role, only other positions in company. Company surveys are only to see if marketing messages are received, no avenue for feedback exists. Worse yet, surveys do not have an anonymous capability so you couldn't give honest feedback even if they gave you a box for it. Have not had a review since 2020.
