      Pros

      I really like the overall environment and vibe. As well as the actual work system we use. Honestly so far it seems like a great place to work and I can't wait to keep working here for a long time.

      Cons

      Working in center can be rough sometimes. When you have 3 other terps around you all also on calls it can be hard to stay focused on your call.
