Business Outlook
Pros
Some of the coolest people I've ever met work there. Super flexible work schedule. Work experience you won't find anywhere else. The management on the CaptionCall side is better than the management on the Sorenson side at everything. Hands down.
Cons
No room for career advancement. The C-Suite Execs are constantly changing. There's a lot of talent in the IT department that gets wasted because no one listens to them or lets them put their skills to use. Too many people in corporate try to make sure they have a good reputation and look good to the C-Level instead of focusing on the customers. At the end of the day, they could care less about any of their employees.
