Horrible work environment - Anonymous employee Sorenson Communications Employee Review

This is the worst corporate environment I've worked in. It's an extremely toxic environment where nobody is focused on solutions, but more focused assigning blame and micromanaging. You get questioned for doing things that are part of your job responsibility. The new CEO doesn't inspire confidence and this shows in the company's products.
