Pros
This is not a career. It's mostly for young adults looking for their first job, senior citizens looking for some easy part time work. The work is easy and mindless.
Cons
They start you at part time hours and you don't get benefits unless you work full time. You have to work your way up to full time. You can't have your phones in sight which sucks if you have family or kids that like to keep in touch with you throughout your shift. If you are a mom with small children this job likely won't work for you as it did not work out for me for this reason. I also didn't like that there was no assigned seating. Everyday you just had to hope to get the same spot, but if someone was in it you would just have to find the next open cubicle. It felt like a revolving door, as if they didn't want you to stay long term. Which makes sense now because the pay is super low and the hours not full time so no one could actually live and provide off the pay and hours alone.
