CEO is a decent person but more concerned about "saving the environment" than running the company. Bad senior management hires in Canadian region have wrecked the company's prospects in North America.
Cons
Extremely cliquey. This is an Australian company and the attitude is if it doesn't come from Australia, it's second-rate. Australian management and consultants transplanted to other regions are extremely arrogant towards clients and other employees in those regions. If you are outside the inner circle, you're treated as a number and advancement will be difficult. This company hires and fires on a whim. Little or no respect for individuals. This company talks a lot about how great their values are but they do a poor job living up to them.
