Supportive supervision but rigid corporate culture - Behavior Technician South Shore Autism Center Employee Review

SSAC has a great mentorship program for people in a BCBA program. I love being able to accrue unrestricted hours though my job!

PTO policy was confusing, should be one bank of time.

Regular supervision if in the center-based position. Great coworkers.

Little to no supervision hours if school-based or home-based positions. Outdated technology and practices. Corporate employees ALWAYS on leave/out of office. Dishonest practices.
