Pros

There are truly phenomenal people working at the hospital whose hearts will not allow them to leave the place due to their commitment and compassion for their patients!! It’s a family like feel between low level and mid-level employees. Also, awesome scheduling coordinator! He goes above and beyond to staff the units to his best ability and works with you to give you the desired schedule. Great benefits if you’re a nurse.

Cons

Too many to list. Honestly… how is this hospital still open? This place favors employees with flexible morals who does not mind falsifying documents.

Great team and supervisors. You will learn alot and gain lots of clinical experience.

Cons

Lots of changes and work from corporate. Constant work where you can't even get a lunch. Prioritize going home on time.
