Pros

Flexible Time off as needed 8-5 No weekends

Cons

Bullying Degrading colleagues Ridicule for collaborating with other clinicians Initial Evaluations in 30 minute appointments Over-utilization of physical therapy aide/tech Poor communication with management Poor scheduling High turnover in staff High cancellation/no show rate with patients High allowance for late patient arrivals (consistently) Poor consistency in Re-evaluations, discharge notes Little to no staff meetings Unable to vocalize concerns without ridicule Unhealthy environment with regard to “compliance/code of ethics/morals” in office with patients and with colleagues/staff Poor time management on staff (always late) No paid time off, NONE. Hourly… if no patients- clockout or do your other colleagues patients Relationships with management and higher level admin is apparent- no where to turn with concerns… no confidentiality

We fully investigate all grievances and determine the appropriate action to take. We understand it is not always the preferable action that someone would like to see. Pros

The orientation was very well presented. I learned so much from the ladies and gentlemen that taught the class.

Cons

Toxic management environment. Wasn't given a chance to learn enough about their protocols to go forward with my job. Called into the office on my 3rd day and was told I needed to do more. I haven't had the chance to learn all that was expected. Senior MAs and LPNs, RNs told me it took a few weeks to get it all down. My trainer told me I had completed my tasks and even went over my work to confirm. The next day I was told I didn't complete my task. No Thanks, I don't work for toxic companies. Being called into the manager's office on the 3rd day SCREAMS TOXIC!!
