      Great working environment with people that want to win together as a team. Company offers excellent benefits, flexible work arrangements and a true sense of family within the JM Family. Great 401K, Pension Plan, and the annual profit sharing program is significant; company firmly believes the number one asset of the company is their associates.

      No cons, work hard and the opportunities are available for advancement and personal development.

      The best benefits on planet earth….besides working in Europe.

      Cons

      Management has different perspectives on how we work yet I know for sure they have never done this type of work before in their lives. Play favorites. Don’t like people that are outspoken not only for themselves but the entire staff.
