Pros

Culture is more life-work balanced environment than other typical companies. Wide variety of job opportunities and a more stable operation in a recession but no significant upside opportunities during expansion, either. Flexible work arrangement such as 4/10 (4 days 10 hours a week) or 9/80 (9 days 80 hours for every two weeks).

Cons

Due to the rate case being approved by the California Public Utilities Commission, the company is subject to significant scrutiny. This creates a highly bureaucratic workplace politics, resource management, and turf war.
