11yThank you for taking the time to write a review. As you know, growing companies have to make some hard trade-offs as they scale. One of those for us was to streamline our IT organization. Competition in the industry from current and new energy producers means we must stay cost competitive. That means we need to control the amount of rate inflation to all customers. We appreciate your hard work while you were with us, and wish you the best for the future.
