The best part of working at this place is that you’ll get to quit one day.

Cons

Unprofessional, rude, CEO who only shows up to the office to hear himself talk and verbally abuse his employees. The complete lack of leadership, poor training and toxic environment make this place miserable and you’ll regret working there as soon as the ink dries on your offer letter. Over the last year the company lost dozens of long time employees and the company culture is a dumpster fire. I’d avoid working or doing business with SCW.

I appreciate you taking time review the company as a former employee. I am sad to hear that you feel that we have a toxic environment. Many of us truly love it here and treasure the lasting relationships we've built. Our work culture is based on providing a place for people to learn and to grow their careers while building lasting relationships. To address the specific point that we "lost dozens of long time employees"... This statement is unequivocally untrue. A handful of employees left because they preferred to work remotely, and this is something that SCW cannot offer. Pros

SCW has made major improvements in training this year. Also, connecting the teams and growing together. Last year was a bit rough to be fair, but changes have been made that have helped immensely. The group here are amazing and work well together.

Cons

It would be nice to have some 401k matching. Also, if the insurance costs could be less.

Constant room for growth, good commission structure, good insurance benefits.

Cons

Office culture is toxic to an almost unbearable degree due to idle gossip on the sales floor including from management and HR, a lack of communication from management on how to improve if you aren't equipped to figure that out yourself, and very little teamwork to be seen despite peddling a "family" mentality in official meetings. Rapidly increasing positional turnaround within the company leading to overworking in multiple departments.
