Pros

Some very nice people still trying to work there (in spite of the environment) and some lunches sponsored by manufacturers supplied.

Cons

*Terrible job (depressing and hopeless) *Terrible Pay (unless you are impressed with $30K and 0.006 commission rates on your sales) *Terrible organization now *Terrible training * Terrible daily environment (ABSOLUTELY assured every morning) *Terrible Interview (dishonest with recruits who ask direct questions) * Disorganized Sales Floor information access & even worse Corporate Management (and nobody has any influence seemingly over the toilet spin going on there, so just get used to it being worse every week and more good people leaving) *No way to earn, build or control your "professional" income (they will move you out of your area at will after you build clients from scratch - so, don't count on any future market - the company "owns" you, your client base and everything it feels like not paying you on after you build it in their CRM). The most unbearable and pointless micro-managed, high stress and low reward excuse of a sales job I have ever seen or heard of. All talk (nonsense rah-rah B.S. and lack of real training or support is proving to be the doom of this formerly prospering company - as you watch the best people quit and quit; all while the revolving door turns and burns the masses through the micro-managed nightmare of their re-defined "sales") and very little reality (meaning no real future, money or positive growth). The owner is actively turning his back on past successes (to incorporate this anti-employee plan while talking about anything else) and losing every decent person on the floor while committing to numbers over people and corporate religion (such as imagined non-sense of Lean Sigma, CRM projections and correlations unrelated to any reality of production or growth). They will never hold any good sales people or assure earning potential as the average commission paid is actually about ONE HALF of ONE PERCENT of the average sale total (making "professional" level earnings a total fantasy for virtually every new hire for at least the first few years and I cannot imagine anyone wanting to endure this ridiculous circus for that long under the fabricated stresses they rely on.

Pros

SCW has made major improvements in training this year. Also, connecting the teams and growing together. Last year was a bit rough to be fair, but changes have been made that have helped immensely. The group here are amazing and work well together.

Cons

It would be nice to have some 401k matching. Also, if the insurance costs could be less.

Pros

Constant room for growth, good commission structure, good insurance benefits.

Cons

Office culture is toxic to an almost unbearable degree due to idle gossip on the sales floor including from management and HR, a lack of communication from management on how to improve if you aren't equipped to figure that out yourself, and very little teamwork to be seen despite peddling a "family" mentality in official meetings. Rapidly increasing positional turnaround within the company leading to overworking in multiple departments.
