Great leadership, great culture, work-life balance, incredible benefits (which includes free health care), vacation time and holiday time, awesome pay, being a part of a winning team!

Cons

There really aren't any cons. It is an environment where you will be asked to work hard and give your best...for some, that's too much to ask. However, if you are committed to showing up every day and working hard as a team to win - then the rewards are awesome!

Cons

CEO - No sales experience. Clueless on setting policy and procedures. Believes he is the smartest person in the room. Displays childish tantrums. Sales Leadership below him do not possess any honestly or integrity- Hire with false promises including salary. Cowards supporting their sales team. Highest employee turnover in the industry.
