I've been with SVP for a little over a year- and it's the best company I've ever worked for. Our leadership is responsive and takes pride in making this a great place to work. We have a laid back, down to earth culture made up of people who are excited to work hard for the good of the company. Your teammates truly care about you as a person and we all build each other up. we are the greatest team!
Cons
Because we're growing so quickly, sometimes our processes feel a little disjointed, but it just adds to the fun! Our leadership is responsive and we're all empowered to make suggestions to improve the company, so it's easy to make a positive impact when you see a spot for improvement.
