Little to no support for Hospital Managers when it comes to insubordinate team members and getting the backing from HR to document. SVP does not see a mostly toxic team that does not want to improve with severely poor work ethics as a problem and would rather sweep the problems under the rug. Hospital Managers are expected to be a one man Continuous Improvement Team instead of the actual corporate team coming in to assist with alarming issues that were hidden from HM applicants.
